The one suggestion has been that the guides should have two parts: a) initial install and b) addons like flash, mp3, etc. Makes sense to me. Any other ideas?

So far this week it seems to be working relatively well. Last week it was barely usable. It's a pain and until it's reliable I am going to have to stick with Dropbox. Much as I would like to use UbuntuOne.
